Job Description

• Leading the R&D, backend technologies and TV apps, also leading organizations RFP's and the implementation phases for all the technological parts.
• Building R&D groups, QA, Engineering, operations and Project Management.
• Leading organizations technology and operations departments, strategic planning, and general/project/budget management.
• Providing Technical Leadership and multidisciplinary Team Management, covering all technical aspects of the platform, and acting as main point of contact for Technology integration.
• Specification, planning, management and control of all phases of the development cycle.
• Management and coordination of Software Development, QA and Program Management teams.
• Defining the technical strategy, its associated roadmap and leading the technical partnerships.
• Responsible areas include architecture design, in‑house CMS development, in‑house frontend apps design and development, client software development for supported devices, managing both external and internal teams, ingest (transcoding, encryption, distribution) integration with major technology partners (DRM, CDN, etc.), interface with CRM, etc.
