Job summary

OutworX Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist to manage data and provide technical support across Fusion Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, Project Management, SCM) in a permanent onsite role.

The role requires 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, strong English communication, and ability to work independently or with teams; OTBI, BIP, SQL/PLSQL skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications support or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Financials, Procurement, Project Management, SCM.
• Fast learner with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation is preferred.
• Experience with OTBI, BIP, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and web services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage data and provide technical support on Oracle Fusion Cloud platform for Financial, Project, Procurement, SCM, etc.
• Perform quarterly release regression testing and partner with key business users to complete the regression testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration, set up, performance, and functionality.
• Analyse and diagnose problems, develop solutions, and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Manage support tickets through their entire lifecycle, from initial contact to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to relevant personnels on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and best practices.
• Provide clear and concise explanations to Business Users regarding technical issues and solutions via phone, email, online meetings or in person.
• Participate in project implementations and upgrades as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and procedures
