Job summary

Accenture in Hong Kong seeks a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect to define and oversee end-to-end solution architecture across Finance, SCM, HR, CX and EPM. You will design integrations, conduct fit-gap analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and secure implementations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Oracle platform delivery experience, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on OCI/OIC/ATP and SQL expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud in large enterprises.
• Experience with enterprise architecture in large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge across Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, CX and EPM modules.

What are we looking for?

• Define and oversee the solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CX and EPM.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose high-level solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design end-to-end integrations across modules and systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including enterprise architects, security, implementation teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive deployment/ cutover technical activities and partner with business cutover team for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
• Review Oracle quarterly/yearly patches and upgrades, recommending enhancements to business teams.
• Prepare documentation, delivery timelines, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with security roles and protocols.
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging various Oracle Cloud modules including designing data flow between Oracle Cloud, on-premises, and other involved applications.
• Provide solution architecture and design guidance to the implementation team.
• Review technical team's work, ensuring adherence to industry-leading practices.
• Coach QA team on test plan design, test case development, and automation strategies.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture in large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong functional knowledge across Oracle modules: Financials, SCM, HCM, CX and EPM.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle PaaS (OCI, OIC, ATP, Object Storage) and SQL.
• Ability to design and support complex integrations and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Leadership qualities to mentor and coach consultants and developers.
• A proactive mindset to identify pain points and deliver innovative solutions.
