Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Analyst to support a major transformation project. You will work with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and help configure and test Oracle Fusion Finance modules during the lifecycle.

You will assist in UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live support, while producing functional specifications, process flows, training materials, and user documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Finance projects or applications.
• Hands-on exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses.

Responsibilities

• Support the Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead throughout the transformation project lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with finance stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions between end users, finance teams, and technical/project teams.
• Assist in configuring and testing Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

• Prepare functional specs, process flows, training materials, and user documentation.
• Participate in workshops and translate finance requirements into system solutions.
• Monitor project progress and assist with deployment and post-go-live support.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Finance projects or Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
• Hands-on exposure to one or more Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Expenses
• Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, or user support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Experience in Oracle Finance transformation, ERP implementation, or system migration projects is highly preferred.
