Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Corporation advantageous.
• PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the global Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program from planning through deployment, stabilization, and transition to support.
• Coordinate implementation activities across multiple business units and regions to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, executive sponsors, Oracle, and SI partners.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of business processes while balancing global standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations with timely resolution and mitigation.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Establish and manage executive steering committees, project governance forums, and status reporting.
• Lead organizational change management activities, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies.
• Monitor partner performance to ensure delivery quality against scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to operational support and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team to support the global Oracle ERP transformation program, driving the migration from the on-premises Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud for different business units spanning Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australasia. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the transformation program, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, governance, risk management, change management, and business benefits realization.

Required Experience/ Skills:
