Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to assume a Team Lead role in our Oracle ERP practice. You will lead a team delivering Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Project to Result, and Record to Report.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Oracle ERP implementation and support experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to work with diverse clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, and FA modules.
• Experience leading teams and managing deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants in the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion ERP configurations.
• Provide functional expertise in AP, AR, GL, and FA modules to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design and optimize business processes for Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Project to Result, and Record to Report.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion ERP advancements and recommend best practices to clients.
