Job summary

Trangile Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead a global Oracle Fusion ERP transformation, migrating from Oracle EBS to Fusion ERP Cloud across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australasia. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, risk management, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across continents.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and change management skills.
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the global Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program from planning through deployment and transition.

• Lead organizational change management including communication and training.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure delivery quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team to support the global Oracle ERP transformation program, driving the migration from the on-premises Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud for different business units spanning Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australasia. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the transformation program, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, governance, risk management, change management, and business benefits realization.

• Lead and oversee the global Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program from planning through deployment, stabilization, and transition to support.


• Coordinate implementation activities across multiple business units and regions to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.


• Partner closely with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, executive sponsors, Oracle, and system integration partners.


• Drive standardization and harmonization of business processes while balancing global standards and local regulatory requirements.


• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.


• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.


• Establish and manage executive steering committees, project governance forums, and regular status reporting.


• Lead organizational change management activities, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies.


• Monitor implementation partner performance and ensure delivery quality against agreed scope, timeline, and budget.


• Ensure successful transition from implementation to operational support and continuous improvement.

Required Experience/ Skills:

• Working experience within Oracle Corporation is highly advantageous


• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across multiple continents.


• Excellent project management, stakeholder management and change management skills


• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification and Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are advantageous
