Job summary

Nityo Infotech Limited is seeking a Functional Analyst – Oracle ERP in Hong Kong. The role focuses on ERP implementation, with emphasis on Deals and Rebate, requiring strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-changing, matrixed global environment.

Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, are essential. You will work on Programme Bamboo in a high-demand retail/consumer context located in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in at least one of: retail, commercial supply chain management, demand planning, inventory management, or deals and rebate management.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, APEX and API integration is required.
• Experience with ERP system implementation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills; able to resolve conflicts and issues.

Must Have Skills: - ERP implementation & - Deals and Rebate (at least familiar with 1 module)

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: retail/commercial supply chain management, demand planning, inventory management, or deals and rebate management.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, APEX and API integration are required.
• Experience with food business, health and beauty or convenience store commercial and marketing functions are an advantage.
• Experience in ERP system implementation is preferred.
• Strong experience as a functional analyst, process mapper and application solution designer are a must.
• Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
• Creative, independent, resourceful, and willing to drive change.
• Able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Well-organized and customer-focused with an ability to manage different priorities in a global setting.
• Experience of working in a highly matrixed organization is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
