Job summary

CloudAlpha Capital Management Limited, a leading hedge fund manager in Hong Kong, is hiring an Operations & Risk Analyst/Manager (title dependent on qualification) to reinforce the operations and risk team. The role covers trade booking, reconciliation, NAV and P&L reporting, risk reporting, limits monitoring, portfolio analytics, VAR and scenario testing, plus regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
• Experience < 15 years, both graduates and professionals welcome.
• Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Good fund operations background is a plus.
• Python coding capability is a plus.
• Knowledge of trading, portfolio management and risk systems is a plus.
• Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CFA/FRM/PRM/CAIA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade booking, reconciliation and settlement.
• Deliver P&L reporting and NAV calculations.
• Produce risk reporting and monitor limits.
• Conduct portfolio analytics, VAR and scenario testing.
• Handle regulatory reporting and limits monitoring.

Job description

We are a leading hedge fund manager based in HK and investing in global technology. Due to expansion, we are now hiring an Operations&Risk Analyst/Manager (title depending on qualification and experience) to strengthen the operations&risk team.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks, e.g. trade booking/reconciliation/settlement, P&L reporting and NAV;
• Perform risk tasks, e.g. risk reporting, limits monitoring, portfolio analytics, VAR and scenario testing; and
• Perform compliance related tasks, e.g. regulatory reporting and limits monitoring.

Qualifications

• MUST be proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese and English;
• Working experience MUST be less than 15 years;
• Both graduates and experienced professionals (buy side, sell side, fund admin, fund auditor, etc.) are welcome;
• Able to work hard in a high-pressure and fast paced environment;
• Good fund operations background/knowledge is a plus;
• Good coding capability, e.g. Python, is a plus;
• Good knowledge/experience of trading, portfolio management and risk systems, e.g. Bloomberg, Enfusion, WIND, Factset, MSCl Barra, Arcana, Axioma is a plus; and
• Relevant financial qualification is a plus, e.g. CPA, CFA, FRM, PRM and CAlA.
