Job summary

Seven Elements Wealth Management Limited is expanding its middle‑and‑back office team in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. The Operations Manager / Coordinator will handle general administration, training coordination, and liaison with insurers and partners, with potential involvement in business development for incentives.

The role reports to senior management and offers a collaborative, multicultural working environment with opportunities to contribute to client servicing and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above; degree holder preferred.
• IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 (and Paper 5 if applicable) holder is a plus; willingness to obtain licences is required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese required; Mandarin is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Handle general office administration, documentation and internal workflow.
• Coordinate onboarding, product and compliance training for the sales team.
• Liaise with insurance companies, suppliers and distribution partners on operational matters (submissions, underwriting follow-up, commission and servicing).
• Support policy administration, case tracking and client servicing.
• Assist with compliance, KYC/AML and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare internal reports, meeting materials and management updates.
• Coordinate company events, seminars and client activities.
