Job summary
Haven of Hope Christian Service seeks a seasoned professional to lead a transdisciplinary team delivering centre-based and home-based services for persons with disabilities on Hong Kong Island.
You will monitor performance and quality, drive collaboration with stakeholders, promote ICF and assistive technology, and support service development, staff growth, and readiness in partnership with the Operations General Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management position.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of ICF, case management, assistive technology, transdisciplinary practice is a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transdisciplinary team to deliver centre-based and home-based services for PWDs.
- Monitor service performance, quality, and outcome indicators; ensure funding and service compliance.
- Develop and maintain collaboration and referral networks with stakeholders and partners.
- Drive ICF implementation, transdisciplinary collaboration, staff development, and service innovation.
- Assist the Operations General Manager in planning for the proposed ICRC, including workflows and manpower planning.
- Ensure services align with Haven of Hope Christian Service’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.
