Job summary

Deutsche Post Hong Kong is seeking a motivated bachelor’s degree student for a 12-month internship in our operations support team. You will assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation, and you will work up to 24 hours per week at HK$50 per hour.

The role covers data analysis, basic dashboards with Excel, and collaboration with departments such as Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Marketing. A strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, plus MS Office proficiency, are required, with

Qualifications

• Current full-time bachelor’s degree student (logistics-related preferred but not required).
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Able to commit a 12-month internship.
• Interviews arranged based on business needs; applicants should accept placement assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities such as data entry, tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
• Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries by using Excel or other tools.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational records.
• Support ongoing projects focused on process optimization or digitalization.
• Handle customer enquiries and conduct market research.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation control.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or team leads.
