Job summary

Haitong International Management Services Company Limited is seeking a diligent student intern to support departmental projects and business initiatives in Hong Kong. You will conduct research, collect data, and analyze findings to inform decisions, while preparing reports, materials, and updates for project timelines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree programme or above, preferably in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of departmental projects and business initiatives.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentation materials, meeting documents, and project updates.
• Support process improvement and workflow enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and relevant documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects assigned by supervisors.
