Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking an Assistant Manager – Digital and Project to join the Inflight Services Delivery Department in Hong Kong. You will conduct strategic research and deep analysis to identify issues, risks, and opportunities across cabin crew operations and Inflight Services, using data-driven insights to shape recommended improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3–5 years relevant experience, preferably in airline industry.
• Good understanding of Inflight Service Delivery operations.
• Strong analytical skills; translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across different business streams and proactively share knowledge and insights.
• Good working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Qualtrics, Power BI).
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics: data acquisition, model design, analysis, visualization, governance, and promotion.
• Break down problems, identify root causes, and develop actionable insights for decisions.
• Forecast CX KPIs to evaluate service enhancements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews on CX KPIs and advise improvements.
• Design and produce reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify solutions to build new digital capabilities and data assets.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital to implement analytics tools.
• Support service-related projects with analytics, insights and advisory.
• Act as change agent embedding a change mindset and driving innovations.
• Collaborate with other units on cross-department projects.
