Job summary

Delta Asia Financial Group in Wan Chai, Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Operation Officer on a full-time basis to support brokerage and insurance operations. The role involves handling client accounts, executing requests, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dealing or customer service experience, fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred), and familiarity with KYC, AML, and daily admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimal 2+ years in dealing or customer services.
• Holder of SFC licenses preferred.
• Proficient in English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operation support for Brokerage and Insurance.
• Deliver quality hotline services and resolve customer inquiries.
• Manage account opening for individuals and corporates.
• Conduct KYC, CDD, AML procedures including reviews.
• Handle client fund and stock in/out.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure commission payout and promotions.
• Participate in projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operation support on Brokerage and Insurance business
• Provide quality customer hotline services by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
• Manage the account opening processes for both individual and corporate clients
• Conduct comprehensive KYC, CDD, and AML procedures, including periodic reviews and investigations of trigger events
• Handle client fund and stock In/Out
• Perform other dealing duties as requested and assigned by supervisors
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth commission payout and execution of promotion activities
• Participate in any projects as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Dealing or Customer Services
• Holder of SFC Licenses is preferred
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills will be an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua
