Aristo Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Operations Assistant to support client onboarding, KYC/CDD checks, and daily trade operations. brokerage firm providing electronic trading services, low-latency exchange
connectivity, and warrants trading to professional clients. Our main business has been
focused on providing trading solutions and equity capital market services for clients.
The monthly trading volume of Aristo average out to over HK$3.5-5.0 billion per month
with support of tailor made programmable software languages and low latency trading
solutions based on full-tick data feed from HKEx. As part of our strategic expansion, we
are establishing an OTC trading desk focused initially on Eurobonds and fixed income

Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in the financial services industry, offering hands-on exposure to client onboarding, KYC compliance, and operations. Experienced candidates with SFC RA 1 representative license will be considered for a senior role.
Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & KYC: Manage the full account opening process for both retail and corporate clients; conduct thorough Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in compliance with regulatory standards.
Client Services: Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, providing professional and timely support to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Operational Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal departments (IT, Settlement, Compliance etc.) and external parties (brokers, custodians etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
Administration: Maintain accurate records and document filing systems; perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:Education: Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Licensing: Holder of (or passed HKSI papers for) SFC RA1 license will be a distinct advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in brokerage firms or financial institutions is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the industry are welcome to apply.
Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is essential.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn. Demonstrates good business etiquette, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
