Responsibilities

• Manage full account opening process for retail and corporate clients.
• Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
• Provide professional client support and resolve inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
