PapaCafe is launching a bakery cafe concept in Causeway Bay inside the PapaHome flagship store. We are hiring both full-time and part-time team members to build the bakery and service teams from day one.

Join as part of the Opening Team to prepare beverages, manage orders, maintain hygiene, and contribute to a high-standards customer experience in a vibrant retail setting.

Be part of the launch of a new 3,000 sq. ft. café/bakery concept, located inside the PapaHome retail flagship store in the heart of Causeway Bay.

We’re hiring passionate individuals, both full-time and part-time, to build our bakery and service teams from day one.

Service / Bar Team

Job Responsibilities

Lead the team to provide outstanding customer service.

Oversee daily service operations and assist with workflow coordination

Ensure consistent beverage quality and preparation standards

Support ingredient preparation and manage inventory for bar items

Assist with ordering and replenishment as required

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality

Support staff training and day-to-day problem solving
