Job summary

Canonical is expanding its sales organisation globally and has open roles across all regions. This general track sales role offers opportunities at all seniority levels to represent Canonical and its Ubuntu-based enterprise solutions to customers worldwide.

You will build territory plans, develop new pipeline through outreach and industry events, and close contracts to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS required.
• Experience with open source technologies.
• Proven sales success and targets achievement.
• Excellent English communication; travel ability.
• Experience in enterprise software sales planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Represent Canonical and its solutions in your territory.
• Build and execute a territory plan.
• Develop pipeline through outreach and events.
• Close contracts to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Travel regionally and internationally for events.
