Job summary

Referment is seeking a Systems Administrator for its Hong Kong office. The role covers Windows and UNIX environments, storage, and trading-floor technology, with direct user support and infrastructure administration.

You will work with global colleagues and vendors to improve reliability and efficiency of the technology stack, while handling hands-on support and project work in-office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, desk-side, AV, conferencing and remote-user support.
• Strong research/analytical skills and willingness to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment and data-centre work.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support Windows PCs/servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
