Job summary

AVI-SPL, a digital enablement solutions provider, is seeking an AV Technician based at a client site in Hong Kong to work with APAC teams on onsite and remote event support. You will operate and test AV and integrated conference room systems, perform simple troubleshooting, and update incidents in ServiceNow.

Travel to client sites and occasional after-hours work may be required. Day-to-day duties include handling video conferences, webcasts, and coordinating technology requests, ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years AV / videoconferencing / webcast experience.
• Flexible to work after hours and weekends when required.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and functionally test AV and integrated conference room systems.
• Provide remote technical audio / video support for events.
• Troubleshoot issues and update statuses in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with APAC teams and customer site staff.
• Schedule and produce webcast events and manage technology requests.
