Job summary

AA Choice Personnel Consultancy Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator / Foreman (On-Site) for outdoor renovation and new projects at Siu Hei Court, Kowloon Bay.

You will supervise on-site workmanship, monitor progress, and prepare site documents while communicating with consultants, contractors, and residents.

Candidates should hold a Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, have at least 1 year of site experience, and be proficient in English, Cantonese, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year site experience or related experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese.
• Proficiency in PC software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of renovation and new projects.
• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress.
• Communicate with consultant, contractor & resident of the project for the company products and site issues.
• Prepare site documents and report.
