Job summary

TCC Engineering Company Limited invites a qualified candidate for the role of Project Co-ordinator / Assistant Project Co-ordinator in Hung Hom, Kowloon City District, HK. The duties include coordinating with the main contractor, monitoring site progress, preparing documents and technical reports, and following up on material deliveries.

A diploma in building construction is required, with at least 1 year in fitting-out and site supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in building construction studies or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with main contractor and Site Supervisor to monitor site progress and prepare documents.
• Prepare technical reports and detailed drawings or plans.
• Follow up major materials deliveries and OT working arrangements.
• Conduct site measurements.
• Support Project Manager & Site Supervisor in project coordination.
