Job summary

Christian Action in Hong Kong is recruiting for an administrative-focused contract role. The team supports funding projects and community services, with responsibilities spanning clerical duties, monitoring project operations, and assisting both center and school services.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of related experience, a secondary education qualification, and strong interpersonal skills. Night and weekend shifts are required, with emphasis on serving deprived youth and families.

Qualifications

• 3 years or above related working experience or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and networking skill.
• Meticulous and attentive.
• Good communication with customer service skills.
• Willing to serve the deprived youth and families.
• Both School and community-based mindset.
• SCRC and "Child Protection Online Training" both are required.

Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation. Our mission is to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalised, displaced or abandoned, aiming to give them hope, dignity and self-reliance. Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, low-income families, ETHNIC minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai, we also run social enterprise programmes.
