Leadership Solutions Limited is seeking an O2O Manager to drive omnichannel integration between online channels and physical stores. You will lead campaigns, CRM initiatives and loyalty programs to boost traffic and sales.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration and a proven track record in retail or consumer-focused digital initiatives. English and Chinese communication is valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in O2O, omnichannel, e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing or retail business.
• Strong understanding of online customer acquisition and physical retail operations.
• Hands-on experience in CRM, loyalty programs, digital campaigns and customer journey development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company's O2O and omnichannel strategy, connecting online platforms with physical retail stores.
• Drive online-to-offline customer conversion through digital campaigns, loyalty programs, CRM initiatives and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to increase store traffic, customer engagement, conversion rate and sales through digital channels.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, IT and Merchandising teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Manage and optimize customer journeys across website, mobile, social media, CRM, loyalty platforms and stores.
• Monitor O2O performance indicators including traffic, conversion, acquisition, repeat purchases and sales contributions.
