Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder in banking, finance, risk management or law preferred.
• At least 2 years of credit risk management experience with special asset knowledge.
• ECF-CRM would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of NPL management including documentation, collateral enforcement, litigation.
• Strong credit analysis, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Chinese (Putonghua) and English; good PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor non-performing loans (NPLs) to maximise recovery and reduce NPL accounts.
• Execute sale of collaterals and disposal of repossessed assets.
• Liaise with outside collection agents on problem loans and track progress.
• Prepare credit applications including security enforcement and legal provisions.
• Ensure recovery procedures comply with regulations; provide admin support for system projects.
