Netskope seeks a Director, Regional Sales North Asia to lead a high-performing sales organization across North Asia. The role comes with executive support to dominate the territory and build a leading cloud security company.

You will map complex security solutions to customer challenges and drive market share in a competitive landscape. As a senior leader, you will recruit and mentor regional sales teams, collaborate with resellers and partners, and shape strategic plans to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 20+ years experience in a Sales organization.
• 10+ years sales leadership, including 4 years at Director level.
• Extensive experience across North Asia.
• Proven track record selling security and networking technologies to Fortune 1,000.
• Verifiable track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong channel partner relationships across the region.
• Ability to recruit, train, retain, and motivate sales teams.
• Managed territories generating over $100 million in revenue.
• Resides in targeted geography with local relationships.
• Willing to travel 50–75% within region.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5–10 sales representatives across North Asia.
• Hire, train and manage Regional Sales Managers.
• Forecast accurately and drive value in sales cycles.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with goals.
• Direct sales forecasting and set performance targets.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations for sales teams.
• Contribute to a positive, achievement‑oriented sales culture and uphold integrity.
