Job summary

Gfi World in Hong Kong is seeking a technical professional to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for hardware and software solutions. You will work with the sales team on on-site visits, perform testing, gather requirements, and assist in product evaluations.

The role includes deployment support, exploration of new products, and creating technical manuals and network diagrams. Mandarin and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge in routing & switching, security platforms, firewalls, Wi‑Fi & IoT products/devices preferred.
• CCNA and ITIL certificates would be an advantage.
• Flexible, able to work independently and eager to learn.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including POC demos, testing, and integration of hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits and provide support with the sales team.
• Perform application system testing and assist in gathering requirements and product evaluation.
• Provide support for project implementation and deployment.
• Explore and develop new products and solutions.
• Prepare technical manuals and documentation; maintain engineering documents including network diagrams and product specifications.
