Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot SDN environments, routers, and switches.
• Maintain and update network and system diagrams.
• Design and deploy LAN/WAN solutions.
• Facilitate skills transfer and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in system administration and networking.
• Experience with open source and multi‑vendor SDN solutions (e.g., OpenFlow, Open vSwitch, FRR).
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, QoS, and ACLs.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Practical experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, W3C Trace) for infrastructure monitoring.
• Knowledge of Cisco network products.
• Prior experience supporting client and data center projects, including migrations and upgrades.
