Music Instructor / Music Administrative Assistant

Oversee the administration of the school's instrumental training programme, tasks include scheduling lessons, liaising with instructors, maintaining student records, and managing instructor payroll, alongside managing internal and external music events, festivals, and performances.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the Music Department, maintain effective parent communications, student records, and data entry.

Support teachers and conductors with orchestral rehearsal materials and performance logistics, oversee the daily operations of music-related after-school activities, including logistics and coordination.

Suitable candidates may be considered as Music Instructor, teaching instrumental classes on a regular basis.
