Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking five temporary customer service professionals to support a large-scale customer communication initiative in Quarry Bay. You will handle enquiries via hotline and email, delivering accurate information and a smooth customer experience during the transition period.

The role requires a Diploma or above, fluency in Cantonese/English/Mandarin, and good MS Office skills. Prior call centre exposure in insurance is a plus; 4-month contract with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above qualification.
• Prior customer service or call centre experience in insurance industry is an advantage.
• PC literate in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Chinese word processing with 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries arising from the special business project through hotline or emails.
• Provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Perform other ad hoc duties.
