Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer for our Insurance Hotline on a 4-month fixed-term contract. The role involves handling high-volume customer inquiries via hotline and email from the Quarry Bay office.

The ideal candidate has a customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Insurance experience is not required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic Excel.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via hotline and email.
• Provide accurate and timely information in a professional manner.
• Understand customers' needs and assist with general enquiries.
• Refer policy-specific enquiries to the relevant team when required.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
