Job summary

The Bank of East Asia, Limited is seeking a skilled MPF relationship professional in Hong Kong to focus on building and maintaining connections with existing MPF employers and their employees. You will promote BEA’s MPF services and the eMPF platform, provide personalized onsite support, and conduct employer education seminars to keep clients informed and engaged.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, together with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years in customer servicing in banking/financial industry or MPF service experience.
• Passes MPF Intermediaries Examination and HKSI Licensing Examination.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent qualification


• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer servicing in the banking and financial industry or relevant working experience in MPF customer service preferred


• Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Examination and Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination


• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese


• Good knowledge of MS Office
