China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Modular Construction Coordinator for Kwu Tung North Construction Site. The role requires a university degree in building construction and at least 10 years of site experience, including 5 years as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in MiC, DfMA or offsite fabrication. The successful candidate will coordinate with designers and engineers to ensure timely, quality on-site assembly and implementation of modules.
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction.
At least 10 years of site experience.
At least 5 years in the capacity of Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in MiC, DfMA, or offsite prefabrication.
Experience with integration of prefabricated building services modules.
Responsibilities
Ensure quality of on-site installations of MiC, DfMA or off-site prefabrication components to approved design and standards.
Obtain approvals/clearances from authorities for off-site modules construction prior to manufacturing.
Prepare detailed schedules for submission of drawings, method statements, and installation programmes.
Liaise and coordinate with designers, residents engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site coordination issues.
