Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, Mobile Payment, to lead testing efforts for mobile payment services across devices and networks. You will collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure top-tier quality and timely releases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical support or QA in mobile/telecom environments, strong debugging skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.
• 5+ years in technical support or QA for mobile devices or networks.
• Mobile Payment experience preferred; telecom operator or equipment provider experience a plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; good written and spoken English/Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshooting mobile payment services and in-field with smart devices from pre-sales to EOL.
• Test and manage POS Technical Acceptance Test.
• Execute test cases and consolidate daily test reports and statistics.
• Work closely with Mobile Payment R&D and Test teams to troubleshoot and verify issues daily.
• Drive for best-in-class service quality and user experience, meeting product launch schedules.
