Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Merchandise Planning Manager to support strategic plans for Home & Lifestyle and Fine Jewellery. The role partners with Buying, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Vendors to forecast, manage inventory and provide commercial analysis.

The ideal candidate will deliver data-driven insights, identify risks and opportunities, and drive inventory optimization to achieve financial targets and sustainable growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory planning, allocation, retail merchandising, or data analysis.
• Experience in luxury retail, Home & Lifestyle, Jewellery, or fashion retail is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome too.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage annual, seasonal, and monthly sales, margin, inventory, and receipt plans for Home & Lifestyle and Fine Jewellery.
• Support Open-to-Buy budgets to align with financial objectives.
• Monitor performance and identify sales risks and growth opportunities.
• Forecast, budgeting, and strategic planning participation.
• Analyze sales, gross margin, inventory productivity, and KPI trends.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline
