Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; science degree preferred but not necessary.
• 1–2 years of sales exposure in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager to implement sales plans and support after-sale service.
• Manage key accounts and provide customer services to medical professionals and clients.
• Promote company products and support new product launches.
• Organize, coordinate and deliver marketing events such as medical training and exhibitions.
• Track sales records and achieve personal KPIs and team goals.
• Daily office support and ad hoc duties as assigned; occasional overtime.
