Job summary

Qualifications

• University graduate or diploma holder related to science/health fields
• Fresh graduates welcome; advantage for healthcare experience
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and as a team player

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for medical devices in hospitals or laboratories
• Perform regular maintenance tasks on medical devices in the market
• Provide on-call urgent support for medical devices during weekends/holidays
• Prepare brief reports after application calls or visits
• Liaise with manufacturing personnel for technical advice in English or Mandarin via email/calls
• Attend local or overseas training as required for device requirements
• Visit customers with product specialists for on-site training
• Coordinate with Marketing for seminars/workshops/exhibitions to promote products
