Job summary

Carat Hong Kong is seeking a proactive assistant to support account management and creative planning. You will work closely with media planners and directors to generate communication ideas while coordinating with clients and vendors in the planning process.

The role requires strong English and Cantonese, attention to numbers, and the ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability preferred for this permanent, full-time position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in any discipline; marketing/mediamajor is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin helpful.
• Detail oriented, organized and numbers-driven.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Director on account management daily.
• Join the team in creating and generating communication ideas.
• Compile reviews on competitive activities and market research on media consumption.
• Communicate with clients and vendors during the planning process.
• Collate monthly plan updates with buying and creative teams.
• Conduct campaign performance reports and identify insights with supervision.
