Job summary

Carat Media Services Hong Kong Limited is seeking a junior team member to assist the Media Planners and Business Director with daily account management. You will participate in developing communication ideas, compiling competitive analyses and market research on media consumption, and coordinating with clients and vendors during planning.

The role requires strong English and Cantonese, good Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in any discipline; Marketing/Media is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese with strong written and spoken skills.
• Detail oriented, organized and numbers aware.
• Able to work well in a team with good communication and motivation.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Working with Media Planners to support the Business Director on account management daily.
• Be part of the team in creating and generating communication ideas.
• Compile reviews on competitive activities and market research on media consumption.
• Communicate with clients and vendors during the planning process.
• Collate monthly plan updates with buying team or creative teams on executions.
• Conduct campaign performance reports regularly and identify insights with guidance.
