Alpha Access Limited, in partnership with a leading Chinese securities firm in Hong Kong, is seeking an MD of Wealth Management to lead the private wealth business, setting strategy, driving growth, and overseeing client acquisition and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has a deep track record in wealth management, an established HNW/UHNW network, and experience building high‑performing teams, with fluency in English and Mandarin and familiarity with SFC regulations.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or Securities Brokerage with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in managing wealth management teams and delivering revenue/AUM growth.
• Strong relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Wealth Management department, defining strategy and driving revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and key private wealth clients.
• Recruit and develop a team of Relationship Managers and wealth professionals.
• Drive client acquisition, AUM growth, product penetration, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop investment and wealth management solutions across equities, fixed income, funds and structured products.
• Collaborate with other units to maximize opportunities while ensuring compliance with SFC regulations.
