Phillip Securities (HK) Ltd is seeking a Marketing & Client Services professional to support ETF, MMF, and discretionary account initiatives. The role combines copywriting, content creation, and direct client interactions to promote products and maintain relationships.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in financial institutions, strong English/Cantonese/Mandarin, and familiarity with marketing tools such as MS Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. Licensing is a plus.
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and handling fundamental client services for ETFs, MMFs, and Discretionary Account services. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in financial markets, strong copywriting and communication skills, and the versatility to handle both promotional content creation and direct client interactions.
Product Focus: Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Money Market Funds (MMFs), and Discretionary Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Collateral & Copywriting: Assist in drafting and producing marketing materials, including product factsheets, pitchbooks and market highlight articles.
Event Support: Assist in organizing online and offline promotional events (e.g., webinars, industry exhibitions, live streams).
Client Inquiry Handling: Act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, or online platforms to resolve client queries regarding ETF, MMF and discretionary account.
Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for discretionary account clients.
Client relationship maintenance: Support the regular distribution of client communications, including monthly performance reports, account statements, and market updates.
Competitor Tracking: Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor marketing campaigns, fee structures, and yield performance across ETF and MMF products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
Work Experience: 1–2 years of experience within financial institutions, asset management, brokerages firms (high-performing fresh graduates will also be considered).
Product Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of ETFs, MMF, and Discretionary Account structures.
Licensing: SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) or Type 9 (asset management) license holder preferred, or willing to obtain licenses upon joining.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong multilingual copywriting and communication skills.
