Phillip Securities Group is seeking a Marketing Officer to help execute impactful marketing initiatives for our brokerage business in Hong Kong. The role requires a creative, data-driven mindset and a passion for financial markets.

You will drive campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze performance to optimize results. Finance industry experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (finance industry is a plus)
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Familiar with digital marketing tools & social media
• Basic design/multimedia skills (Canva, Adobe tools) preferred
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and basic multimedia skills

What You’ll Do

• Strengthen brand visibility and market presence
• Support client acquisition & retention strategies (online campaigns, events, webinars)
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns
• Track performance and optimize campaign results using data analytics
• Assist in content creation for social media, websites, and client communications

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of marketing experience (finance industry is a plus)
• Familiar with digital marketing tools & social media
• Basic design/multimedia skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) preferred
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and basic multimedia skills (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, Canva, Adobe tools).
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Interest in financial markets and investment products is an advantage
