Job summary

You will plan events, manage promotions, support procurement, coordinate with teams, and monitor budgets. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, strong bilingual communication skills, and immediate availability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience; NGO/NPO or social service sector preferred.
• Strong writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin; Cantonese and English speaking ability.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage promotions and collaborations across platforms and social media.
• Plan, organise, and implement both online and offline events.
• Support procurement activities including sourcing quotations, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and invoice tracking
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Prepare budgets and track expenses.
• Provide clerical and administrative support.
• Handle incoming inquiries and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Research market trends and policies.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
