Job summary

ShopBack is seeking a Marketing Intern in Hong Kong to support go-to-market initiatives for ShopBack Pay. You will work with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life—from content creation to on-ground retail execution.

You should be pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or Communications, with a flair for offline activations and strong English and Cantonese communication. This 6-month full-time internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong interest in marketing, especially campaign execution and offline/retail activations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English and Cantonese communication, including writing.
Based in Hong Kong and available for in-store execution.
Proactive, eager to learn, and take initiative.
Comfortable with data and measuring campaign performance.
Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including ideation and content development.
Assist with in-store marketing initiatives and POSM materials.
Work with design and operations to deploy campaign assets.
Support co-branded campaigns to grow ShopBack’s offline presence.
Assist with copywriting and content creation across channels in English and Cantonese.
Track campaign performance and derive insights.
Collaborate with marketing, commercial, product, and design teams.
