Job summary

L.D. Waxson (HK) Ltd is seeking an energetic, proactive Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing division in Hong Kong, supporting our Household and Personal care brand operations. You will help with daily marketing operations, content creation, and campaign support to drive brand growth.

You will also assist with HKTVmall activities, coordinate with external agencies, conduct market research, and support events and sales analysis to optimize promotions and performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Admin, E‑commerce, Communications or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office; data tracking and basic analytics skills.
• Strong written and verbal English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily marketing operations including clerical tasks, data tracking, and coordination.
• Support campaigns and digital tasks: social content creation, KOL sorting, proofreading, and engagement tracking.
• Coordinate collateral with agencies and internal teams for promotional materials.
• Conduct market and trend research; provide competitive insights.
• Assist HKTVmall operations: upload banners and extract dashboard data.
• Support KA promotion forms, PO checks, pricing grids, and reporting.
• Perform routine sales analysis and monitor competitor pricing.
