Job summary

EX.IO in Hong Kong is seeking a versatile marketing and communications leader to develop and execute an integrated strategy across PR, social, SEO, and owned content.

You will own the social media presence end-to-end, drive SEO growth, craft press materials, and expand the Hong Kong media network across finance, tech, and digital assets. You’ll monitor trends and performance to optimise campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, PR, or digital marketing in Hong Kong.
• Hands-on across PR, social media, and SEO with track record of growing owned channels.
• Established network with mainstream Hong Kong media across finance, technology, and digital assets.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both Chinese and English, with a proven ability to produce professional content.
• A strong interest in FinTech, digital assets, and compliance, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear communications.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications strategy across PR, social media, SEO, and owned content.
• Own the company’s social media presence end-to-end — content calendar, community growth, engagement, and performance analytics.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution, from on-site optimisation and content structure to keyword planning, driving measurable growth in organic visibility and traffic.
• Craft compelling communication materials — press releases, feature articles, thought-leadership pieces, and social copy — with a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Build, maintain, and expand the Hong Kong media network across finance, technology, and digital asset publications; plan and coordinate media interviews, briefings, and contributed articles.
• Lead communications for key moments such as company events, product launches, and regulatory milestones.
• Safeguard and elevate the company’s brand image and reputation, including issues monitoring and crisis communications.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and channel performance to deliver actionable insights and continuously optimise marketing efforts.
