Hong Kong Life Insurance Limited is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications professional to shape and deliver our brand narrative across media, digital platforms and stakeholder channels. You will craft compelling materials, manage campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support product launches and strategic initiatives.
The role requires strong bilingual writing, hands-on content development, and a track record in financial services communications.
Corporate Communications & Content Development
Support the planning and implementation of corporate communications strategies and campaigns to strengthen the Company's brand image and corporate reputation.
Develop and edit a wide range of corporate communication materials, including press releases, corporate articles, speeches, presentation materials, newsletters, eDMs, advertorials, website content and other marketing communications materials.
Ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of corporate messaging and brand positioning across communication channels.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop communication materials supporting corporate initiatives, product launches, business developments and other strategic projects.
Identify relevant market, financial and lifestyle topics and develop engaging content to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Advertising & Branding
Support the planning and execution of corporate branding and advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.
Coordinate the development of campaign concepts, key visuals, advertising materials and marketing collaterals.
Liaise with advertising, creative, media and production agencies on campaign development and implementation.
Monitor campaign execution, timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.
Ensure proper application and consistency of the Company's corporate identity and branding guidelines.
Social Media & Digital Communications
Manage the Company's corporate social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Develop social media strategies, editorial calendars and content plans aligned with corporate and marketing objectives.
Create and coordinate engaging social media content in different formats, including static posts, infographics, videos and other digital content.
Work closely with social media and creative agencies on content development, publishing and campaign execution.
Monitor social media performance, market trends and competitor activities and recommend opportunities to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Support the management and content updates of corporate digital platforms, including the corporate website and other digital communication channels.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, business events, product launches, customer engagement activities, sponsorship programmes and other branding initiatives.
Manage the full event cycle, including concept development, program planning, venue and vendor coordination, production, event materials, guest arrangements and on-site execution.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, event agencies, production houses, vendors and business partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage event timelines, budgets and deliverables and ensure events are executed to a high professional standard.
Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Branding, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or related areas, preferably gained in the insurance, banking or financial services industry.
Less experience will be considered as Senior Corporate Communications Officer.
Strong understanding of the financial services environment and ability to translate business, insurance or financial concepts into clear and engaging communications.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Strong writing, editing and presentation skills, with the ability to develop high-quality corporate and marketing content in both English and Chinese.
Good knowledge of major social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Solid experience in working with advertising, creative, social media, event and production agencies.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with good business sense and strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital content, social media management and basic creative/design tools would be an advantage.
