Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 in Hong Kong invites a Marketing Assistant (Manufacturing) to support the Marketing Manager with quotation handling, customer relations, and product inquiries.

This role is suitable for a fresh graduate, with opportunities to learn cross-functionally within a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate with the plant on production planning, monitor receivables on dedicated accounts, and prepare budget proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in marketing, business administration, accounting, logistics, engineering or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates considered.
• IANG visa holders will be considered.
• Solid experience in manufacturing field and project management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Marketing Executive.
• May require working from Dongguan office depending on business needs.

Marketing Assistant (Manufacturing)(Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks.

• Maintain relationship with existing customers

• Provide customer service to the prospective customers

• Coordinate with customers in relation to the product enquiry

• Follow up projects and work directly with plant on production planning & commitment

• Account receivable monitoring on the dedicated account

• To estimate budget proposal by referring factory record, requirements and current conditions

• To manage ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistic, Engineering or related disciplines

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates will also be considered

• 刪 IANG visa holder will be also considered

• Solid experience in manufacturing field and project management is an advantage

• Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
