Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in maritime ESG advisory or related fields.
• Experience supporting decarbonisation/regulatory compliance (EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, CII, EEXI).
• Experience in customer-facing advisory or business development in shipping or maritime services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret evolving maritime regulations impacting assets, operations, and commercial exposure.
• Lead consultative ESG and decarbonisation advisory across key regulatory frameworks.
• Support commercialisation of ESG offerings and digital solutions for shipowners and operators.
• Provide ESG subject matter expertise to IT teams and vendors to enhance platforms and reporting.
